Return and Refund Policy

1. Event Ticket Refunds

A. All Sales Are Final

Tickets for events produced by Stunner Enterprises are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded except under the conditions outlined below.

B. Event Cancellations & Postponements

If an event is canceled, ticket holders may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.
If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds for postponed events will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

C. No Refunds for No-Shows

If a ticket holder does not attend an event, no refund or credit will be issued.

D. Third-Party Ticketing Platforms

If tickets were purchased through a third-party vendor, refund policies are subject to their terms and conditions. Stunner Enterprises is not responsible for third-party sales or disputes.

2. Merchandise Returns & Refunds
